After ten years in a large firm and with several loyal clients of his own, David joined forces with two business colleagues, Robert M. Duffy, Esq. and Michael F. Sweeney, Esq.
But because he wanted to be more directly involved with each client, and provide more personal service, he started David E. Maglio and Associates, P.C. on August 1, 1998. He brings large-firm experience and small-firm service to each client he serves every day.
For over 28 years, David has dedicated his practice to handling civil litigation matters in Rhode Island and Massachusetts State and Federal courts. His areas of practice include, but are not limited to, business litigation, employment litigation, first and third party insurance defense, plaintiffs’ and defense of medical malpractice claims, and construction litigation.
